We have an open mindset and agile approach to the sector and opportunities. Current investment themes are Retail and Urban / Fleet.
We are looking for freehold or long-leasehold. Power availability is essential.
We have a minimum requirement of 0.2 acres, but typical size is between 0.5 and 1.5 acres with ancillary use. We can also look at larger redevelopment opportunities.
Our focus is on aggregating a portfolio, we therefore require the opportunities to be freehold or long leasehold at peppercorn rent.
A location with high traffic is essential with proximity to other transportation hubs an added benefit.
Availability of access to a public road is essential. We work with transportation consultants and can quickly assess constraints.
Availability of power is part of the requirement with capacity subject to charging points. We will assess the available capacity and cost at an early stage.
A key target is proximity to transport nodes, be it train stations, airports or highways.
Our Retail theme is currently prioritising highway hubs and high traffic roads. Locations in South East and West England up to West and East Midlands are of specific interest.
